Are you a tenure-track assistant professor navigating your way to tenure at UMD? Join the Assistant Professor Coaching Circle, a six-session, cohort-based program designed to support tenure-track assistant professors as they navigate the path toward tenure, with an emphasis on centering the experiences assistant professors who identify as women.
Facilitated by Center for Leadership & Organizational Change (CLOC) and the ADVANCE Program, this program is grounded in a group coaching model that emphasizes self-discovery, individualized goal-setting, and guided reflection.
