The role of negotiation in academic life extends well beyond salary to encompass service roles, author order, teaching responsibilities, and much more. In this interactive workshop facilitated by nationally recognized coach Rena Seltzer, attendees will practice thinking expansively about what can be requested and will learn the strategies used by the most successful negotiators to claim value while maintaining positive relationships.
The workshop will be offered four times to faculty over the course of September 26 and 27. Please sign up for the workshop associated with your college/school.
