Integrating work and life can be challenging for all professionals, but the nature of PTK work - high teaching loads, time-sensitive administrative duties, intensive research responsibilities, and/or ambiguous workload expectations - can often make achieving work-life integration a difficult endeavor.
In this 90-minute workshop, PTK faculty members will learn strategies for work-life management from PTK colleagues and participate in an interactive skill-building activity about aligning time with priorities and focusing on the things that matter.
