Join ADVANCE and OFA for a one-day, in-person workshop designed for assistant professors preparing for promotion to associate professor. Participants will dedicate time to dossier preparation and personal narratives, receive feedback, and gain insight from campus insiders. This "bootcamp" provides a focused opportunity to strategize, connect with peers, and take actionable steps toward achieving tenure and promotion.
This workshop is suitable for assistant professors who are preparing to submit their tenure and promotion materials within the next one to two years, though all are welcome.
