Resources for UMD Caregivers, Families, & Parents

ADVANCE and the President's Commission on Women's Issues are collecting and curating a list of resources (national, state, and local) for UMD faculty, staff, and students in caregiver roles (e.g., who are caring for children, parents, extended family, etc.) during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please help us collect resources to share by submitting links, articles/readings, blogs, curriculum, websites, articles, youtube channels, at-home learning worksheets, recipes, crafting plans, that you have found to be helpful as you manage your caregiving role, whether these are for parents, children of various ages, or entire families. What are your favorite local hikes, physically distanced events? What are your favorite live-streamed sing-alongs or virtual exercise classes? Do you know of online support groups? How about student-led groups doing online tutoring or puppetry?

After review, we will add it to the list below, which will be arranged by category. With your help, we hope to grow this list over time.

Submit resources to be added to the list here.
